After a warm welcome, I found my room to be very clean and comfy, and I appreciated that the bed was nice and firm, making my stay really enjoyable and allowing me to recharge for my weekend adventures in the city.

the location is perfect for the airport, and we got a warm welcome from the staff. the room was clean and comfy, with tea and coffee available, which was great! also, they provided us with a taxi service to the airport, making it so easy for our early flight. loved the cozy decor too.

the bathroom could use some updating as it felt a bit tired. also, breakfast choices were limited and not very filling for my taste.

The steep hill from the stairs to reception could be a struggle for some guests!!! The decor is showing signs of wear, and the bathrooms feel outdated compared to modern expectations. the check-in process could benefit from better preparation and punctuality!!!

The property felt haphazard. Several rooms displayed signs of wear, stained carpets, damaged linens, and non-functioning amenities, such as broken bedside lights and unserviceable TVs. The breakfast left a lot to be desired with inconsistent quality, missing key items like bacon, and poorly prepared dishes served lukewarm. Accessing certain services required clumsy communication, leaving guests confused about breakfast arrangements and lacking basic facilities like tea and coffee in the rooms.
